1. الاستخدام المقبول

   يمنع استخدام خدماتنا لأي أغراض غير قانونية أو مخالفة للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

2. الملكية الفكرية

   جميع برمجيات وأكواد Aerixo هي ملكية حصرية للمؤسسة. يمنع نسخ أو إعادة بيع أي جزء منها بدون إذن كتابي.

3. المسؤولية

   نحن نسعى لتقديم خدمة مستقرة بنسبة 99.9%، ولكننا لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي انقطاع خارج عن إرادتنا.

4. التعديلات

   تحتفظ المؤسسة بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت، وسيتم إشعار المستخدمين بالتغييرات الجوهرية.

Welcome to Aerixo Foundation platform. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Acceptable Use

   It is prohibited to use our services for any illegal purposes or activities that violate the applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Intellectual Property

   All Aerixo software and code are the exclusive property of the foundation. Copying or reselling any part without written permission is prohibited.

3. Liability

   We strive to provide a stable service at 99.9%, but we are not responsible for any interruptions beyond our control.

4. Modifications

   The foundation reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and users will be notified of substantial changes.
